Nilgiri House is a beautifully styled and private 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home that accommodates up to six people located only 5 minutes from Katoomba town centre.

Master Bedroom: Queen bed (with ensuite)
2nd Bedroom: Double bed
3rd Bedroom: 2 x single beds

The house has reverse-cycle air-conditioning as well as a gas heater in the living room to keep you wonderfully warm in winter. Each bedroom is also equipped with a portable heater and electric blankets.

The house has two separate bathrooms (one as an ensuite to the master bedroom) as well as a powder room.

If you feel like cooking during your stay, the house has a fully equipped kitchen as well as a coffee machine.

We have an internal laundry with a washing machine.

There is a large back garden and balcony for our guests to enjoy.
