All fees for services offered by Realty Zero are to be paid in advance. These fees include administrative costs for creating and managing your account, as well as charges for listing your property on various online platforms. The fee structure is transparent, and there are no additional costs or commission fees upon the sale or settlement of the property. Once you have paid and your account is set up, the fee is considered earned by Realty Zero.

6. No Real Estate Agent Role

Realty Zero does not act as a traditional real estate agent. Instead, we provide services that allow homeowners to manage their property sales or leases independently, without the need for an agent. We do not take part in negotiations between buyers and sellers, nor do we offer any guarantees about the sale price or speed of the transaction.

7. Username and Password Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details, including your username and password. If you believe your account has been accessed without your consent, it is your duty to inform Realty Zero immediately to prevent unauthorized use. Realty Zero is not liable for any loss or damage caused by failure to secure your account.

8. Contact Details Policy

To ensure privacy and security, users are prohibited from entering their personal contact information (e.g., phone numbers, email addresses) directly in property listings on the website. Any inquiries about a listing will be directed through Realty Zero’s platform, and contact details will be exchanged only through proper channels to ensure privacy protection.

9. Acceptable Use Policy

Realty Zero adheres to the Acceptable Use Policy of real estate portals such as REA Group. All listings must follow the guidelines set forth by these platforms, which include rules regarding content, conduct, and the presentation of properties. Listings that violate these policies will be removed, and users may face suspension or termination of their accounts.

Realty Zero is committed to protecting the privacy of its users. Our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and store personal information, is available on our website. By continuing to use our services, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights related to the website, including trademarks, logos, and content, are owned by Realty Zero or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute these materials without prior written permission from Realty Zero. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

12. Listing Duration

Once a property is listed on the Realty Zero platform, it will remain active until the property is sold or leased, or until the listing is removed at the request of the owner. Users agree to notify Realty Zero when a property transaction is complete so that the listing can be removed in a timely manner.

13. Listing Removal

Realty Zero reserves the right to remove any listing at our discretion, including but not limited to cases where listings violate our terms, involve inaccurate or misleading information, or violate third-party platform rules. We will make reasonable efforts to notify the user in advance of any removal.

14. Listing Size

Listings on the Realty Zero website are subject to the limits and formats defined by our platform. While most listings are standard size, larger or enhanced listings may incur additional fees, depending on the chosen service package. Users are encouraged to review these options during the account creation process.

15. User Credentials

Upon account creation, Realty Zero will provide a unique username and password. Users are responsible for updating and managing their property listings, and all updates should be made via the user’s account. Real estate listings must accurately reflect the property and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

16. REA Group Policies

To list properties on platforms such as realestate.com.au, users must sign a General Listing Authority in compliance with the Property Stock and Business Agents Act. Realty Zero acts as a facilitator for property listings, ensuring that all legal and compliance requirements are met.

17. Third-Party Links

Users must not add any third-party links or personal contact details in property listings. Doing so is a violation of third-party platform policies (such as those of REA Group and Domain). All inquiries will be handled through the Realty Zero system to maintain proper communication channels.

18. Property Information Accuracy

By listing a property on Realty Zero, users confirm that the information provided is true and accurate. This includes descriptions, photos, and any other relevant property details. Realty Zero reserves the right to remove listings that contain misleading, false, or incomplete information.

19. Smaller Real Estate Websites

Realty Zero offers the ability to list properties on a variety of smaller real estate websites in addition to the major platforms. However, we cannot guarantee that all smaller websites will feature every listing, as these platforms may have their own selection criteria.

20. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Realty Zero from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from their use of the service, including claims arising from unauthorized access or use of the site, property listings, or personal data.

21. Data Usage

Realty Zero reserves the right to use data submitted through its platform for internal purposes, such as improving service offerings, understanding user behavior, and complying with legal obligations. All data usage complies with our Privacy Policy.

22. Refund Policy

Realty Zero does not offer refunds after a property has been listed. Refund requests will only be considered within 7 days of payment if the property has not yet been listed on third-party sites such as realestate.com.au. Once the listing is live, the service is considered complete.

23. No Fraudulent Activity

In the event of fraudulent or suspicious activity on the site, Realty Zero reserves the right to terminate the account and pursue legal action if necessary. This includes any attempts to manipulate the listing or payment systems.

24. Intellectual Property Use

Realty Zero may use photos and content provided by users for promotional purposes. By listing a property with Realty Zero, users grant the company permission to use images, content, and descriptions in marketing and advertising materials, both online and offline.

25. Material Usage Restrictions

Users may only use the materials available on the Realty Zero website for personal purposes. Reproduction, resale, or redistribution of any content from the site, including images and text, is prohibited without explicit permission from Realty Zero.

26. No Real Estate Inspection

Realty Zero does not conduct physical inspections of properties listed on its platform. We do not provide any assurances regarding the condition of the property, nor are we responsible for any inspection requirements under state or local laws.

27. Termination of Access

Realty Zero reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the website and services at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms and Conditions. If your access is terminated, you will not be entitled to any refund for services paid.

28. Content Removal

If Realty Zero determines that a listing violates our terms, we reserve the right to remove the content at our discretion. Users may not be notified prior to content removal, though we will make reasonable efforts to inform affected parties.

29. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any legal disputes arising from the use of this website or services will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Victorian courts.

30. Limitation of Services

Realty Zero’s role is to facilitate self-managed property sales and leases. We do not act as a real estate agent, and we do not offer guarantees regarding the sale or lease of a property. Users understand that success depends on the quality of the listing, market conditions, and other factors outside of Realty Zero’s control.
